The Varsity Yearbook Independent Sales Partner Program offers entrepreneurial professionals an opportunity to represent a trusted yearbook brand and build and grow an independent business.

Independent Sales Partners operate independent businesses and are engaged as 1099 independent contractors under the Independent Sales Partner Agreement. They are not employees of Varsity Yearbook or Varsity Brands. Partners use their own business judgment and relationship-building approach to grow their business by converting prospective schools and adding new schools to their portfolio, while helping schools tell their stories, celebrate student achievements and preserve lifelong memories.

IS THIS OPPORTUNITY RIGHT FOR YOU?

Successful Independent Sales Partners have:

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build their own business.
• Experience in consultative sales, business development or account management.
• A passion for building long-term relationships and serving customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation, accountability and strong organizational skills.
• A defined account portfolio and the flexibility to determine their own schedule, travel methods and approach to serving schools within that territory.
• Demonstrated experience using consultative sales, relationship-building or business-development skills in K–12 education, printing, publishing, fundraising or B2B markets is preferred, but not required.

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Develop relationships with schools throughout a defined account portfolio.
• Grow existing customer relationships while expanding new-business opportunities.
• Meet with educators, administrators and student leaders to introduce schools to Varsity Yearbook products and solutions.
• Build a business through consultative selling, outstanding customer service and long-term partnerships.
• Operate their independent business using their own schedule, business judgment and market-development approach.
