CHECK OUT THESE THREE THINGS, TOO
  1. Build that team: Take the time to bring your staff together as one. Celebrate the culture of yearbook by finding togetherness in students of different ages, skill levels and experience. Here are some icebreakers to start with.

  2. Dream your theme: You may already have your theme figured out and 100 related spin-offs written, but if you’re still letting it percolate, try our handy dandy theme test.

  3. Scheme a little scheme: If you have returning staffers, make use of their knowledge and experience. Empower them to be mentors with this assignment.
