1. Mind your business: Make sure your eBusiness entries are up-to-date (if you sold books at school). Do your best to sell all of the books you’ve ordered, and don't forget overruns.

2. Plan for next year: It’s time to assign staffer roles for next year, conduct year-end interviews and recruit new staffers. Check out the Welcome Section of the Curriculum and The Recruiting Center on Yearbook Discoveries.

3. Herd the cats: We all have a tendency to let organization go when we’re hustling to meet a deadline. This is a great time to gather up all of your PDFs and clean out folders and files. It’s also a great time for your staffers to collect samples of their best work for their portfolios. Sounds like an assignment!

4. Teach one thing: Choose an area (or areas) where your staff could stand some additional training — or focus on the new features of eDesign. Assign each student or small team a lesson to teach, and ask them to provide a quick quiz. The quiz helps you evaluate the trainers and the trainees.
