Make Distribution the Best. Day. Ever.

As this crazy school year draws to an end, many of our peers will be looking back at how difficult and different it was. While that’s certainly a valid point, yearbooks provide us with an opportunity to celebrate the successes of the year — especially for the class of 2021.

Start planning now by taking a look at all of the resources we have gathered for the various distribution day scenarios, whether you still need to have a drive-through pick-up or you may be able to have a more traditional distribution. You’ll find checklists, social media badges and real-life examples of how schools conquered this conundrum last spring.

Then order posters, banners, balloons and tee-shirts to build hype for your big day.

VIRTUAL YEARBOOK SIGNING PARTY

Kudoboard: If students aren’t able to have a yearbook signing party, Kudoboard offers a virtual option. Check it out. Students can not only vitually sign their friends’ boards, but they can add their favorite photos and customize their own Kudoboards.

This online service is easy to use and free of charge for up to 10 signatures. We’ve arranged for a discount for premium Kudoboards and groups so your whole school can take part.

Is your Yearbook Order Center still open for business?

Did you know that Herff Jones has extended the time that you can have your Yearbook Order Center up and running? If you still have bunches of books to sell, check with your rep to determine what your cut-off for online sales should be. Then, do a final, last-chance shout-out on social media, and send messages using Send and Sell.

Is your school finally having a sports season? Perhaps there’s an opportunity to get those last few stragglers converted to book-buyers. You’re in the final stretch — and even if you feel like a broken record, remember how much easier a book sale is than a car wash. Good luck!
