At Varsity Yearbook, we know advisers have a lot to juggle. That’s why we’re here to make sure you have the knowledge, resources and support you need to succeed.

The Adviser Experience is an all-inclusive event in Kansas City — designed just for you. Learn, collaborate and gain the confidence to lead your yearbook staff to success once the school year begins!

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from fellow advisers and experts, visit our state-of-the-art yearbook plant, meet your support team in KC and connect with fellow advisers who share your passion.

Gift for you

We’re excited to announce that as a gift for our inaugural year, your two-night hotel stay is covered by us! Registration fee, airfare and travel costs to Kansas City are not covered.

Regular Rate | $250
Registration will close June 30, but space is limited!

Payment is due by June 30. Does not include airfare. Two-night hotel stay for July 21-23 is included.
