Registration Rates

Early Bird | $425
Registration open Nov. 5 – Feb. 28
Online payment due at registration

Regular Rate | $475
Registration open March 1 – April 30
Online payment due at registration
Mailed payment due by May 22

Does not include airfare or ground transportation.

Registration includes the following:
Three-day admission
Workshop materials
Two-night hotel stay July 15-17
Most meals and snacks

Payment Instructions

Click here to generate your invoice. Your online transaction number will be needed to complete your invoice. If your school requires a purchase order, complete the online registration and use the link generate an invoice to request a check from your school.

Checks should be made payable to Varsity YearbookPlease include “Adviser Experience” in the memo line. Please print your invoice and include a copy with your payment.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Registration Policy
By completing online registration, participants acknowledge that their registration is official and binding. Upon registration, event resources, including but not limited to materials, seating, food and beverages, will be reserved on the participant’s behalf. Participants are responsible for the full payment of the registration fee. Payment by check must be submitted according to the provided instructions no later than March 31 (Early Bird) or May 22 (Regular Rate).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ybk@varsity.com by June 1, 2026 to receive a full refund.

  • Registrations not paid in full by the applicable deadline will be canceled.
  • Early-bird registrations not paid by March 31 will be canceled and must be re-registered at the regular rate if space is available.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 6–8 weeks for processing.
  • No refunds will be granted after June 1, 2026.
  • Cancellations after June 1, 2026 should still be reported, but no refund will be issued.

Be sure to include an email address during registration that is accessible to you during and after the close of your school year.
