Registration Rates

Early Bird | $200
Register by May 9

Regular Rate | $250
Registration closes June 30

Does not include airfare.

Registration includes the following:
Three-day admission
Workshop materials
Two-night hotel stay July 21-23
Seven meals
Monday lunch/dinner, Tuesday breakfast/lunch/dinner and Wednesday breakfast/lunch

Payment Methods

Pay by Check | Payment and a copy of your confirmation email must be postmarked by Monday, June 30.

Checks should be made out to Varsity Yearbook with memo: Adviser Experience.

Please print or save your confirmation email and include a copy with your payment. If your school requires a purchase order, complete the online registration and print your confirmation email as an invoice to request a check from your school.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

The registration confirmation email, which is received upon registering will also serve as your invoice or receipt. Please print and/or save the confirmation for your records.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ybk@varsity.com by June 30 to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations before June 30 – Full refund available.
  • Cancellations after June 30 – No refunds will be given as all materials and meals will have been reserved.

Communications
Be sure to include an email address during registration that is accessible to you during and after the close of your school year.
